d. Package the Item: Safely package the product and affix the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

e. Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment for your records.

3. Inspection and Refund:
